Reporting an error
If you believe a page of this website states something wrong or out of date, write to support@spheracredit.com with the address of the page and the statement in question. A link to a source helps.
What we do
We check the statement against a primary source. When the page is wrong, we correct it in English and in French and, where the page shows an updated date, we change that date.
When rules change
Rates, fee limits and laws change. When a rule changes after a page was published, we update the page. A page that no longer reflects the rule in force is treated as an error.
Where a correction shows
A correction is made on the page itself. Where the page shows an updated date, that date is the record of the change. Our editorial policy explains how pages are written and checked.
